All orders are carefully packed and addressed using the details you provide at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If incorrect details lead to additional shipping costs, those costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders are shipped as stock arrives, in the order they were placed.
For a secure delivery, all parcels require a signature on receipt. This confirms the parcel has arrived and protects both you and us in the unlikely event that an item does not arrive or arrives damaged.
