Since his debut in Formula 1 in 2018, Leclerc’s rise has been remarkable. After claiming both the GP3 and Formula 2 titles in his rookie seasons, he quickly established himself as one of the sport’s leading talents.
In 2019, Ferrari promoted him as race driver for its F1 team. “I never expected to end up in Ferrari so early in my career“, he said. Since then, he achieved eight Grand Prix victories, 51 podium finishes and 27 pole-positions, with the dream of becoming a world champion together with the Prancing Horse.
