2025 Formula 1 World Champion Lando Norris hit the track at the 2026 Canadian Grand Prix with an artistic helmet design created in collaboration with Race Against Dementia, the charity founded by 3-time World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart to raise awareness of medical research and support for families affected by the disease. The concept is based on synapses and the brain: one half of the helmet depicts a healthy, bright and clear brain, while the other half appears dim and cloudy, symbolising the loss of cognitive functions and the degeneration caused by dementia. When a racing helmet goes beyond function and aesthetics, becoming something to spark a light of hope.
