The durian, the “king of fruits”, has inspired Alex Albon’s special helmet for the 2026 Singapore Grand Prix, the closest race to home on the Formula 1 calendar, making it a very special one for the Thai driver. The helmet artwork reproduces the green, spiky skin of the durian, a delicacy typical of Southeast Asia, with various details paying homage to local markets, such as price tags, integrated with Albon’s personal branding elements. A helmet with a subtle sense of humor, before hitting the track full throttle!
